Wonken Tonken Open-Air Shelter

The Wonken Tonken open-air shelter includes three (3) picnic tables and two (2) grills.

Wonken Tonken is south of Gund Hall, on the west side of the Main Road within Richfield Heritage Preserve, between Wayside Shelter and Mable Smith Shelter.

The Wonken Tonken shelter was part of the Crowell Hilaka Girl Scout camp. The name is said to mean "Light at the Top of the Hill".  The area was cleared and the trees were cut into lumber to build the shelter.
